  • A QuickBooks ProAdvisor is an accounting or bookkeeping professional trained, tested, and certified by Intuit on a range of advanced, QuickBooks-specific topics and skill sets.

  • Rest assured, we're here to assist with any backlog or discrepancies in your records. We'll collaborate with you to address the specifics of your situation.

  • Depending on the services you're interested in, we'll need a variety of information. Here's what we typically request during Onboarding or when providing Accounting Clean-up Services:

    • Access to your Bank Statements: For Ongoing Bookkeeping services, we'll ask you to coordinate with your bank to grant us "read-only" access to your online portal. This allows us to retrieve necessary statements monthly and review check or deposit copies. Procedures may vary by bank, so it's advisable to check with them on the process.

    • Access to your Credit Card Statements: Similar to bank access, we prefer read-only access to pull statements ourselves, but we can also work with provided PDF copies.

    • Connection of Business Financial Accounts to Quickbooks Online: If not already done, we'll request that you link all business financial accounts (bank, money market, savings, loans, credit cards) to Quickbooks Online for automatic visibility and appropriate coding of transactions.

    • Copy of the most recent business tax return: This aids in establishing a starting point for clean-up services and provides insight into your tax professional's organization preferences for annual income tax filing.

    • Access to Payroll System: If you use software other than QBO for payroll processing, we'll need access to pull reports for paycheck coding.

    • Information on large assets: Details such as Date of Purchase, Purchase Price, and Description of Asset are required for large equipment, vehicles, land, buildings, or other assets owned by your business. If any purchase was financed, we'll need copies of documents showing Amount Financed, APR, length of loan term, and payment details. Depreciation schedule for each asset also preferred.

    • Access to external systems: We'll require access to any external systems you use for vendor bill payment, time tracking, invoicing, or point of sale.
